The Ginger Mule

This gin-based cocktail is a variation on the classic Moscow Mule, usually made with vodka. Packed with fresh mint, zesty lime and finished off with spicy ginger beer and a dash of bitters, this crisp cocktail is the perfect low-key accompaniment to a light summer salad!
